Good quality, minor shipping issue
I bought a Kantha Embroidered Throw and a set of Coasters. The throw is really soft and looks great on my sofa. The coasters are unique, definitely handmade, with nice patterns. Ordering was straightforward on their website. It took 6 business days for the package to arrive in California. One corner of the throw's packaging was slightly torn, but the item itself wasn't damaged. Customer service was helpful when I asked for a tracking update. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase and supporting artisans.
Beautiful earrings, slow delivery
I ordered the Turquoise Leaf Brass Earrings and they are quite lovely, well-made. The fair trade aspect is a huge plus for me. Shipping, however, took a while, nearly 10 days to reach my home in Austin from when I placed the order. The packaging was good, everything arrived safe. Just be ready to wait a bit.
